NexBojun OS is commercially provided, distributed, and operated by Nexlance Global Solutions (PVT) Ltd ("Nexlance", "we", "us", or "our") as the authorized commercial service provider.
2. Information We Process
Depending on your subscription tier and deployment configuration, the Platform processes operational business data, including:
- Account & Administrative Credentials: Contact details, authorized personnel usernames, role permissions, and access logs.
- Restaurant Transactional Records: Bill numbers, order lines, payment methods, settlement statuses, and discount adjustments.
- Kitchen & Inventory Metrics: Goods Received Notes (GRN), ingredient cost parameters, recipe structures, and stock ledger logs.
- Technical System Metrics: IP addresses, terminal identification, browser types, and operational error telemetry for platform diagnostics.
3. Purpose of Processing
We process data solely to execute the operational functionalities of the Platform, including:
- Synchronizing orders between Front-of-House (POS/Waiter Pad) and Kitchen Display Systems (KDS).
- Automating real-time recipe and raw-material stock reductions upon transaction settlement.
- Maintaining general ledger accounts, tax configurations, and branch performance analytics.
- Preventing unauthorized system intrusion and maintaining audit records.
4. Client Ownership of Operational Data
Data Stewardship Principle: All restaurant menus, ingredient lists, staff directories, customer receipts, and proprietary trade entries created by subscribing clients remain the exclusive confidential property of the subscribing dining establishment.
Nexlance Global Solutions does not sell, lease, or monetize client transactional data to third-party marketing entities.
5. Security & Technical Safeguards
We implement technical and organizational controls designed to protect platform data against unauthorized destruction, alteration, or access:
- Access Controls: Role-based access controls (RBAC) ensuring staff only access features designated by their branch manager.
- Data Transmission: End-to-end transport layer encryption (TLS/HTTPS) across API requests and terminal communications.
- Audit Tracking: System event logging tracing key financial adjustments, float closures, and ticket void events.
6. Third-Party Services & Integrations
Where dining clients connect third-party hardware (thermal printers, card payment terminals, or external accounting relays), processing by those third parties is governed by their respective independent terms and privacy commitments.
